Cancellation Policy
All services provided by Kite Consulting are subject to our Cancellation Policy. It is a requirement that services are paid in advance or at the time of appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made. It is important that our clients understand their obligations when working with us, so that we can provide them with timely and accessible services. Please make yourself aware of the cancellation obligations when working with us.
Counselling, EAP Services and Mediation
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all counselling appointments or the full appointment fee will be charged. Cancellations can be made via telephone on 0405 313 485 or email at kiteconsultingaus@gmail.com
Training
In the event of a training cancellation by Kite Consulting, participants will be transferred to the next scheduled date or issued with a refund. If the client cancels the session or their enrolment more than 7 days prior to the program start date, a transfer or refund (less 20% administration fee) will be arranged. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the program date.
