On the 11th May, little Jada Luella finally joined

On the 11th May, little Jada Luella finally joined us... maybe not totally as planned, but thankfully we're both safe, well and truly enjoying this blissful time of transition <3 Big sister Harper is rarely far away and protective as ever... Thankfully she too is adjusting well! Thank you to everyone who has been thinking of us, sending their well-wishes and support - we are truly blessed to be surrounded by so much love and support at this time! ❤️🌻🥰

While it is a constant focus of ours, during May we want to spend some dedicated time to eradicating stigma, extending support, fostering public education and advocating for policies that prioritise the well-being of individuals and families affected by mental illness. This year's theme is "Take the Moment". We encourage you to join us in fostering open dialogues, cultivating empathy and understanding. We also urge you to share resources to support individuals and families on their journey towards mental wellness. What another wonderful morning out at Ocean Networ

What another wonderful morning out at Ocean Network! Not sure if I'll get to the next one, but it was a great chance to crack out the cardigan on a cooler morning. Great format and speakers as per usual and a wonderful chance to catch up with people in the local network.
