Principal Practitioner – Hayley Lingard
For almost 20 years I’ve worked with & supported clients to identify the issues or challenges impacting their lives. I provide a counselling framework, individually tailored to each client’s needs, aimed at encouraging positive change & on-going awareness raising to empower clients to take back control of their lives & circumstances.
While much of my work involves supervision of professionals and those in leadership, I also bring years of experience working with children & young people, as well as adults. No matter your age or background, my aim is to help you archive your goals & overcome the barriers that may be holding you back. I offer a range of services from professional supervision & mindful leadership development to counselling for adults, children & young people (including NDIS).
With experience across trauma, grief & loss, anxiety, personal counselling, life coaching, career counselling & mediation, my goal is to meet you where you are at & help get you where you want to be. I recognise that it is not always easy to seek support or open up about the issues we face in life. With this in mind, I provide a warm, caring & compassionate approach, holding a safe space where together we’ll explore the issues you want to address with the aim of bringing about positive change.
